Captain Frosty's is a classic seasonal "clam shack" serving traditional New England fried seafood, popular grilled foods, and soft-serve ice cream. Our quick-serve kitchen is focused on producing fresh, local seafood, prepared simply and tastefully. 

What to expect at Captain Frosty's:

Whether you're new to hospitality or an experienced pro, all of our positions include full training.

Our team always strives to provide efficient fast-casual food service. 

As a member of our team, you will focus on the essential skills necessary to excel efficiently in your workstation. Also, as you gain experience and increase in skill, you may have opportunities to cross-train in other areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders in-person and phone (POS)

• Assist in meeting customer requests

• Learn standard menu & ingredients

• Ensure all orders meet accuracy standards

• Ensure service areas are clean and stocked

• Assist in general maintenance
