Captain Frosty's is a classic seasonal "clam shack" serving traditional New England fried seafood, popular grilled foods, and soft-serve ice cream. Our quick-serve kitchen is focused on producing fresh, local seafood, prepared simply and tastefully. 

What to expect in our kitchen:

Whether you're new to hospitality or an experienced pro, all of our positions include full training.

Our team always strives to provide efficient fast-casual food service. 

As a member of our team, you will focus on the essential skills necessary to excel efficiently in your workstation. Also, as you gain experience and increase in skill, you may have opportunities to cross-train in other areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Prep all cold and hot food items

• Ensure all foods meet food safety and quality standards

• Maintain clean, food-safe stations throughout shift

• Ensure areas are always stocked

• Learn changing menu + ingredients

• Assist in general kitchen maintenance
