Captain Frosty's is a classic seasonal "clam shack" serving traditional New England fried seafood, popular grilled foods, and soft-serve ice cream. "Frosty's" is committed to quality fresh, local seafood, prepared simply and tastefully. We are a popular cape destination in our 50th season.

What to expect in our kitchen:

Even if you're still learning your way around a commercial kitchen, all positions offer full training in the art of creating great summer foods - the Frosty way! Learn new skills or perfect old ones in our fast-paced kitchen and be part of a dynamic team with a singular focus - turning out consistently great food!

Captain Frosty's offers quality fast-casual food service. As a member of our kitchen team, you will focus on improving skill and efficiency in a particular station: Grill station, Fry station, or Food Expediting.

As you increase in skill and learn to team-work efficiently, you may have opportunities to cross train in other areas.  There are always opportunities for advancement, hours and additional pay. Primary responsibilities include:

• Prep all cold and hot food items

• Ensure all foods meet food safety and quality standards

• Maintain clean, food-safe stations throughout shift

• Ensure areas are always stocked

• Learn changing menu + ingredients

• Assist in general kitchen maintenance
