- Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages and enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Serve food or beverages to patrons and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required using a serving tray and tray stand
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes; collect payments from customers
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

- Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for patrons, and chill bottles of wine
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware
- Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, dressings, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts and brewing coffee
- Clean and maintain areas and items in the restaurant, and bar

- Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to dispose of

- Sort, count, and mark clean linens, and store them in linen closets
- Deliver or replace items such as light bulbs, television sets, ironing boards, baby cribs, and rollaway beds to guests' rooms
- Perform all duties in the utmost ethical and reliable practices by remaining friendly, responsible, and keeping safety as a top priority
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Eagle’s Nest
Server
The lovely Eagle's Nest restaurant is seeking Servers. Shift options include daytime 10:30 AM - 4 PM OR evening 4 PM - 10:30 PM. The Servers will support the Management Staff and work with the rest of the front-of-house staff. Servers will be responsible for providing an enjoyable experience for the guests and be the main point of communication with the kitchen and bar. Servers take accurate orders and engage in friendly conversation with their tables to make diners feel comfortable. The Line Cook cooks and executes well-prepared meals in the Heen Kahidi and Eagle's Nest restaurants.
