Duties include delivering and fitting customers with ski/snowboard equipment at customer’s lodging, our walk-in fittings, packing equipment for deliveries, assisting customers on-slope, picking up equipment, and maintaining our equipment. Hourly compensation ranges from $20-$25 (with tips from $25 to $35 per hour), at completion of the season (4/10/2027) we guarantee an average of $30/hr.
