Black Tie Ski Rental Delivery in Telluride is now hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time winter seasonal positions for the 2026-27 ski season.

*Applicants must be CURRENTLY located in the Telluride region or a 45 min commute to be considered. Shifts can end as late as 10pm and start as early as 7am. If commuting, must be comfortable driving in snowy conditions.

Seeking proactive and energetic individuals who share our love of the mountains and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a great team atmosphere and are passionate about providing impeccable customer service to our guests.
Duties include but are not limited to; delivering and fitting customers with ski/snowboard equipment at customer’s lodging, walk-in fittings, packing equipment for deliveries, assisting customers on-slope, picking up equipment, daily shop duties and helping to maintain our equipment. Applicants must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
Flexible scheduling is available but MUST be able to work weekends and Holidays.

Hourly compensation start at $20 -$25 per hour plus additional compensation which includes; Tips (average salary including commissions and tips ranges from $25 to $35 per hour), Ski Pass, Industry Pricing on Equipment, Personal use of Shop Equipment and Tools, Family & Friend Discounts and End of Year Bonus based on hours worked and season completion. Upon completion of the season (4/1/2027) Black Tie Telluride will guarantee an average of $30 per hr. worked.
