B Bar Ranch Guest Services Supervisor
Paradise Valley, Montana | May – October 2026

Leadership Opportunity in Yellowstone Country

Living and working at B Bar Ranch is more than a seasonal job — it is an opportunity to become part of a deeply rooted Montana ranch community while helping lead meaningful guest experiences in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the American West.

Bordering Yellowstone National Park in the heart of Tom Miner Basin, B Bar Ranch is an authentic working organic cattle ranch and retreat destination where stewardship, hospitality, land ethics, and human connection all intersect. Guests come here to slow down, reconnect, and experience a rare sense of place. Our team plays a central role in making that experience possible.

Established in 1906, B Bar has evolved into a nationally recognized retreat ranch hosting wellness groups, nonprofit organizations, family gatherings, leadership retreats, and creative communities from around the country. We are looking for a strong leader who is excited not only about hospitality, but about building team culture, mentoring seasonal staff, and helping guide the overall guest experience of the ranch.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility.

The Guest Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations and presentation of the guest ranch experience while directly leading and supervising a team of six seasonal Guest Services staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading by example, and wants the opportunity to develop management and hospitality leadership skills in a meaningful setting.

You will work closely with ranch leadership, kitchen staff, housekeeping, horticulture, and maintenance teams to ensure guests experience thoughtful hospitality at every level. You will also play a major role in onboarding, directing, motivating, scheduling, and mentoring the seasonal guest services team throughout the summer season.

At B Bar, leadership is not about standing back and delegating — it is about working alongside your team, setting the tone, solving problems calmly, communicating clearly, and helping people grow.
