B Bar Ranch Guest Services Staff: Paradise Valley, Montana | Now – October 31, 2026
Spend a summer living and working in one of the most beautiful valleys in Montana at a retreat ranch bordering Yellowstone National Park.
B Bar Ranch is more than a hospitality job. We are a working organic cattle ranch and retreat center rooted in stewardship, meaningful connection, great food, and authentic Montana hospitality. Throughout the summer, we host wellness retreats, nonprofit gatherings, family reunions, leadership groups, and creative communities from around the country. We are looking for hardworking, adaptable, positive people who want to be part of a small team creating memorable guest experiences in a truly special place.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in thoughtful work, and wants to gain experience across many areas of hospitality and ranch operations. Days might include housekeeping, helping prepare for meals, assisting guests, laundry, event setup, hauling supplies, or supporting activities around the property. No two days are exactly the same.
You’ll live onsite with a close-knit seasonal team, work directly alongside experienced hospitality and ranch professionals, and spend your free time surrounded by mountains, wildlife, rivers, trails, and Yellowstone country.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented and adaptable personality
Ability to take initiative and stay organized
Interest in hospitality, food, ranch life, events, or outdoor living
Comfortable working long days on your feet in a fast-moving environment
Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, cabins, and public spaces
Laundry, linen organization, and housekeeping systems
Assisting with meal service, buffet setup, and kitchen support
Guest arrivals, departures, luggage, and general hospitality
Supporting day-to-day ranch operations and retreat flow
Helping maintain beautiful and welcoming spaces across the property
Compensation & Benefits:
$15/hour + tip pool potential
On-site housing provided
Full-time seasonal hours (40+ hrs/week)
Opportunity to learn multiple areas of hospitality operations
Access to a unique Montana ranch lifestyle and community
This is a great fit for someone looking to:
Build real hospitality experience
Spend a meaningful summer in Montana
Work hard and be part of a team
Learn responsibility and adaptability
Experience life on a retreat ranch in Yellowstone country
