Open May through September, we host adventurers from around the world who come to experience exceptional dining, live entertainment, and one of the most breathtaking landscapes in North America.
We’re seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations across our restaurants, bar, and coffee cart. This hands-on leadership role partners closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, supervise and train seasonal staff, maintain service and quality standards, and help oversee scheduling, inventory, events, and compliance.
