Breakfast Prep Cook at a gorgeous/remote Eco-Lodge

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge is an eco-lodge located in the stunning Kenai Fjords National Park. Nestled in Ayalik Bay, on the ocean surrounded by glaciers and incredible wildlife, is a boat-in-only lodge that holds up to 40 guests and a team of 25 staff. We are looking for a breakfast cook/assistant prep chef to help us get through the 2026 season. Spend an incredible summer in one of the most stunning places in wild Alaska with a community-focused, small travel-centered team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A 40-50hr a week position on an awesome kitchen team. Cook and serve a high-quality hot & continental buffet breakfast, as well as a sandwich buffet for lunch with supplemental salads, soups, and desserts daily. Occasionally, pack lunches for guided trips. Help lead chefs with dinner prep for up to 40 guests. Contribute to communal duties such as washing your own dishes, cleaning up after any common spaces you have used, and demonstrating general courtesy to community spaces. Share a tent cabin with (1) other roommate while keeping your personal living space tidy and respectable. Each tent has 2 twin beds. Partner tent cabins are available with one full bed.

COMPENSATION

This position is: hourly, $15-20/hr

We are looking for someone to relocate to Alaska for the summer IMMEDIATELY. We had a cook drop out, and we are looking to fill the position as soon as we can.
