Job Description & Responsibilities
Job Summary
Greets guests on the docks. Safely transports guests to and from Adventure Camp and/or between drop-off points utilizing the route established by the company. Provides a narrated tour using accurate, quality information while transporting the guests. May accompany the guests as an escort throughout the tour to serve as the primary contact for the guests throughout the excursion or may return to the dock for the next group. Plays a key role in ensuring the guests are completely satisfied with their excursion experience.

Key Responsibilities
Ensures guests experience the “E.X.C.U.R.S.I.O.N. of a lifetime” by being attentive to guest needs, answering questions, and notifying management of any concerns.
Adheres to the company’s standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and quality.
Communicates accurate information as needed (guest counts, radio calls, coordination with office and dock representatives).
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the company’s goals.
Qualifications
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver License) with Passenger endorsement
Valid Medical Certificate
Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
Must be 21 years of age
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be willing to work with dogs daily
Must not be allergic to dogs
Skills
Guest Service: Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
Time Management: Ensuring timely arrivals and departures
Vehicle Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and upkeep
Defensive Driving: Practicing safe driving techniques
Emergency Response: Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
Knowledge of Local Attractions: Familiarity with local landmarks and points of interest
Working Conditions
Frequent outdoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions
Occasional exposure to odors, including dog-related odors
Possible exposure to loud noise, including barking dogs
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
Must be able to lift and carry buckets weighing up to 40 lbs for 200 feet (typically no more than 30 minutes per day)

Job Requirements
Certified or able to get certified in First Aid/CPR.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Legally eligible to work in the US.
CDL with Passenger Endorsement or ability to attain one.
21 years or older.
