Beach front Mediterranean Island dining experience.

In our kitchen we need our employees to be on time and have experience in the culinary field. We are an experienced restaurant with a chef who wants to bring new life to the food we serve. Test things out, and experiment with us, while also being organized, clean, and responsible for yourself.  Our employees are our family and respect everyone.

It's not an easy vacation living on a small island. We have all the amenities anyone from the States would need, and if you don't have it Amazon is just a click away. Anything can be delivered. Working hard and relaxing harder on your days off is how we play on our beaches. There are people from all over the world living here, that enjoy the nightlife at our restaurants, bars, casinos, and national parks. Always sunny, always warm.

At Zozo's we don't have Front of the House and Back of the House. This is Our House and together we succeed. We make sure we do not fail our customers or each other. We hope you feel the same way and want to become and remain part of our restaurant family.

We would like to hear from open-minded, energetic, clean working cooks. Being optimistic about what could be and not allowing small pressures to become your downfall. Nothing is going to be handed to you.  We want a team that loves food, we need experienced cooks that have at least 5 years as a line cook.

We do provide apartment housing. Part of the compensation package, that would be discussed if hired. 

Private bedrooms per employee, with shared living space of living room and kitchen. Shared bathrooms are only by 2 employees per full bathroom. No pets allowed.

Basic layout, one apartment holds 4 employees with private bedrooms, and each pair of bedrooms shares a bathroom. The entire apartment also has a shared living room and kitchen.

We provide delicious family meals daily. Depending on buyout celebrations, we are only open on week days, which if you work in restaurants that is amazing.  

No need for a vehicle. Transportation to and from work is easy. Hitch a ride, take a taxi, hike in and take a calming walk or link up with the chef or sous chef to arrive to work. Don't worry we will get you to and from work safely. 

This is an island that is 75% National Park and surrounded by pristine beaches.  Look up St. John US Virgin Islands and you will see we do not need to filter our oceans.  We have water sports, hiking, and boat trips to the British Virgin Islands.
