Your Opportunity to Lead

As our Guest Registration Manager, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests while supporting and developing a dynamic Front Desk team.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, train, and inspire seasonal staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding guest service.

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, accurate billing, and efficient guest services.

• Create a welcoming environment and confidently resolve guest concerns.

• Manage financial processes, reporting, and operational accuracy.

• Collaborate with departments across the property to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Support evening operations and provide occasional overnight Night Audit coverage.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Confidence handling financial transactions and attention to detail.

• The ability to motivate a team and lead by example.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
