What You’ll Do

• Set up meeting rooms, conference spaces, and special events

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, refreshments, and supplies

• Operate and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment

• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready public spaces

• Clean meeting rooms, restrooms, and gathering areas

• Deliver guest-requested items such as cribs, grills, and keys

• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months

• Maintain outdoor common areas, campfire rings, and grills

• Support housekeeping and laundry teams as needed

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and professional customer service skills

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

• Dependable, flexible, and willing to help where needed

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable with physical, active work throughout the day

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
