YMCA of the Rockies – Estes Park Center is hiring a year-round Housekeeping Manager to lead one of the most important operational teams on our property.

This isn’t just about clean rooms. It’s about leading people, building a strong team culture, creating efficient operations, and making sure every guest walks into a space that feels welcoming and ready for their Rocky Mountain experience.

What You’ll Do

As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team that ranges from approximately 40 to 120 staff members depending on the season, overseeing housekeeping and industrial laundry operations across our guest accommodations.

You’ll:

• Lead, motivate, develop, and support a large, diverse team

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping leaders and staff

• Plan staffing, schedules, and daily operations around changing occupancy needs

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness

• Partner closely with the Front Desk and other operational leaders

• Identify opportunities to make operations more efficient and effective

• Manage supplies, equipment, purchasing, and inventory

• Develop Crew Leaders and help create the next generation of YMCA leaders

• Work alongside your team when needed and lead by example

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can balance people leadership with operational excellence.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have at least two years of management experience in hospitality or a related field

• Know how to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment

• Are highly organized and focused on the details

• Have experience with purchasing and inventory management

• Understand how to build and maintain high standards of cleanliness

• Can adapt quickly when occupancy, staffing, or operational needs change

• Believe strong leadership means setting expectations, supporting your team, and holding people accountable

• Value working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences

• Want more than just another management job—you want your work to matter

Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
