LEAD THE NORDIC EXPERIENCE AT SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH

Turn your passion for Nordic skiing into a leadership role in the Colorado Rockies.

At Snow Mountain Ranch, winter isn't just a season — it's an experience. As the Nordic Center Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Nordic Center while helping guests discover the beauty and adventure of cross-country skiing across our mountain trail system.

You'll supervise and schedule staff, coordinate ski lessons and Nordic programming, oversee retail and rentals, work directly with guests and groups, and help create memorable winter experiences for everyone who visits the Ranch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily operations of the Nordic Retail & Rental Center

• Train, schedule, supervise, and support Nordic Center staff and instructors

• Coordinate ski lessons, Nordic programming, and guest group activities

• Teach beginner Nordic ski lessons with PSIA Level 1 training

• Help guests choose the right equipment and provide skiing and waxing advice

• Perform and teach practical waxing techniques for classic and skate skis

• Maintain inventory and keep the Nordic Center organized and ready for guests

• Coordinate with Bryan Mountain Ski Patrol on safety and emergency response

• Support larger Nordic events and special programming throughout the season

• Step into a leadership role for the Nordic Center when the Nordic Director is away
