Spend your summer in the Blue Ridge Capturing camp magic through photo and video!

YMCA Camp Greenville is looking for individuals who are able to capture the magic that occurs on the mountain through photo and video. This person would be able to take high quality photos and videos in multiple environments around camp, edit, and showcase them through our Camp Greenville Live Campanion app, social media, and/or end-of-session video. As a member of our communication team, this person would also be responsible for the output of media and following the directive of our Director of Communications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the collection and output of media, photos, and videos for all summer programs on a session-to-session basis.

• Review photos for quality and appropriateness before posting to parent app.

• Create social media content and end of session slideshows for closing ceremony.

• Ability to work with participants of all backgrounds.

• Serve as a role model, upholding our camp values, and working with integrity, creativity, and safety in mind at all times.

• Responsible for the health and well-being of the campers mentally, emotionally, and physically, during their time at camp

• Must approach responsibilities in a fun, creative, enthusiastic, and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older or graduated high school by June 2026.

• CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain by June 2026.

• Experience using digital media software, photography, and video.
