IMMEDIATE OPENING: This is a private kitchen/restaurant on a 10-acre peninsula surrounded by the waters of Lac Courte Oreilles in Northern Wisconsin. With over 100 years in the making, our private dining serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) for 7 weeks from the end of June to mid-August. The club is exclusive to the twelve cabin owners with their family and guests. Average daily guest count is 30 with high peak of 75. Breakfast and lunch are each one hour of menu orders. Dinner is one meal in an elevated line service. Duties include weekly menu planning, food preparation, meeting food quality and safety standards, communicating with serving staff, and general maintenance affiliated with position.
We strive for a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere and welcome your menu creativity and input.
Housing available in our chef 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located next to the restaurant. All amenities provided, along with laundry facility available.

WISMO Club has a 100 plus year history of privately owned vacation summer fun in Northern Wisconsin. The private restaurant serves meals seven weeks from the end of June to mid-August, to the cabin owners with their family and guests. Average guest count is 35 with high peak at 75. The Head Chef has ample opportunity to be creative and help with menu planning. Staff love it here!
