A rare opportunity to join our exceptional culinary team at Tutka Bay Lodge in Alaska. Join our CDC Nicholas, Sous Chef Hicham and Pastry Chef Gemma under the guidance of Chef/Owner Mandy Dixon and Chef Manager Tim Crockett. We are a small luxury wilderness lodge in Alaska with a remarkable kitchen, cooking for 10-14 guests per day. We are a principled kitchen that uses techniques such as daily foraging, focusing on local and regional wild edibles and fish. We are an extremely collaborative, mission-driven workplace. We live close to the beauty of the natural world, and our food tells the story of why we live here. We believe deeply in the preservation and protection of wild places. This position runs from now until the end of September. Includes transportation, housing, and meals. Salary negotiable!
