The Wild West Collective is the premiere event rentals and wedding planning company for NW Wyoming and the Greater Yellowstone Region. Located in Cody, Wyoming, our office is 45 mins from the east gate to Yellowstone and 40 mins to the Montana border. Our rentals and the team setting them up are traveling to the Tetons (Jackson), Snowy Mtns (Laramie), Big Horn Mtns (Sheridan), and Red Lodge + Bozeman Montana during the 2026 wedding season. During your off days we encourage you to go explore the beauty of the greater Yellowstone region - after all that's why you're coming out here to work!

While you get to travel to beautiful locations, this work is physically demanding. You need to be in shape, able to lift heavy and awkwardly shaped parts, and be a hard worker. But most importantly, you need to have a good attitude and be accountable for your work ethic and behavior.

Starting wages with no experience is $20/hour, and you can make up to $22/hour during your first season.

If you have experience (3+ months of continuous work) setting up event rentals, in particular pole tents, you are eligible to start at $22/hour and earn up to $24/hour.
