Front Desk
As part of the White Stallion Ranch Front Office team, you are a key part of creating an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. You are often the first and last person our guests interact with, so a friendly, welcoming attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
The Front Desk Agent ensures smooth check-in and check-out processes, answers phone calls and emails promptly, and assists both prospective and current guests with questions, reservations, and general needs. While many activities at White Stallion Ranch are reserved through our guest app, the front desk plays a vital role in helping guests navigate the system, booking spa appointments, jeep tours, and ensuring guests make the most of their stay.
The front desk also serves as a communication hub for the ranch. Wranglers, activity guides, housekeeping, and kitchen staff rely on the office to relay important guest information before and during each stay, including dietary needs, scheduling details, and guest feedback.
As a family-run business, teamwork is essential. Front desk staff may occasionally assist other departments by leading a craft activity, driving guests to and from the airport, helping with internal record keeping, or supporting basic sales and reporting tasks.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
Exceptionally friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor
Reliable and flexible availability, including overnights if needed
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
Accuracy with basic math and numeracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills while managing guest inquiries and
interdepartmental communicationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Server
The Food and Beverage team at White Stallion Ranch plays a key role in creating welcoming, efficient, and memorable dining experiences for our guests. Servers are responsible for serving and bussing tables, assisting with buffet setup and breakdown, including linens, chafing dishes, and presentation details, and preparing beverages and salads.
Team members also set tables with placemats and silverware, assist with catering and banquet events, and help prepare meeting rooms with drink stations and other essentials. In addition to dining service, the team supports overall cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen, prep, storage, and dining areas.
Food and beverage staff may also assist with outdoor dining experiences, including supporting cooks or serving at outdoor kitchens. Above all, this role requires a friendly, attentive approach to guest service that reflects the welcoming spirit of the ranch.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to efficiently set up, serve, and clear dining areas
Flexibility to assist with catering, banquets, and outdoor dining events
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies
