We have an exciting opportunity to work and play in Yellowstone for the summer season.

KOA summer jobs offer seasonal, outdoor hospitality roles—including guest services, Guest guides, and housekeeping—focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. Positions typically run around 6 months, require weekend/holiday availability, and  provide RV space or dorm housing. Key duties involve cleaning, check-ins via the K2 system, and landscaping.

Common KOA Summer Roles

• Guest Services/Front Desk: Greet guests, handle reservations using K2 software, and manage store retail, requiring strong customer service and cash handling skills.

• Guest Guides/ Guest escorts: Meet and greet guests with a smile. They escort guests to their sites and ensure they answer any questions about facilities and the local area. In addition they deliver store items as needed such as firewood to the sites.

• Housekeeping: Clean restrooms, cabins, and deluxe lodges to ensure high cleanliness standards.
