We are now accepting applications for the summer of 2024. 

Walton’s Grizzly Lodge Summer Camp hires responsible, enthusiastic individuals who want to spend their summer working as role models and mentors for children in a structured outdoor setting.

First year staff salary for the summer of 2024 is $630/week. Room, board and laundry is included. Bonus of $600 paid for those with current Life Guard Training. We also reimburse for taking and passing a Life Guard Training course. 

To be considered for employment applicants need to be available to work from June 3 through at least August 10 and preferably until August 17.

Applicants are required to be at least 18 years old and graduated from high school prior to 2024.

If we wish to proceed further after reviewing your application and are not able to meet in person we will request that you submit a short Video Interview, take part in a one on one Zoom/FaceTime interview or join us for an online group interview. 

All application materials must be returned in a timely manner to be considered for employment. During the application process we look for individuals who take initiative, are able to follow through and show good attention to detail.

Before submitting your application check that the email addresses for your references are correct and current. Applicants who do not have all three references returned to us in a timely manner will not be considered for employment.

We do not anticipate hiring staff outside of the United States.

Our camp staff is required to have one COVID-19 vaccination dated October 1, 2023 or later for employment.
