Work at a premier Fishing Resort in Northern Minnesota surrounded by woods and water?

As a Housekeeper/Server, you are responsible for cleaning cabins and public areas of the resort.  Some days you may have a split day with cleaning a cabin in the morning and serving meals in our dining room or banquet center.

Job duties include but not limited to: Cleaning bathrooms and replacing used linens and amenities, remaking of beds with clean linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchens, being responsible for replacing any missing kitchen inventory, cleaning of all kitchen appliances, reporting any maintenance issues All staff will be trained to cover other areas of the resort such as laundry, store, serving meals in our dining room and helping in the kitchen with dishes. 

Our resort consists of 24 guest cabins they vary from 6 bedrooms to studio units.  The cabins typically are rented for 7 nights and turn on Saturdays. 

• Early evening shifts may apply but would be are limited.

• Laundry duties may also apply but would be very limited.

• The employer asks that ALL employees are friendly and flexible in the busy resort with a fast pace.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

• Detail orientated is a must.

• The Position ends mid October, 2026

Staff Housing is available the housing is a camper accommodations to include a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items to prepare your own meals at home.  Housing is located at the resort and free to the employee.  This includes all utilities, bed linens & towels, paper products and the use of washers and dryers.  Employees are responsible for the cleanliness of their camper and no smoking in the camper.
