Exciting outdoor opportunity with Employee Housing!

As a Camp Concierge, you are often the first point of contact for guests on site and play a critical role in setting the tone for their stay. You will engage with guests from arrival through departure to ensure they have everything they need to relax and enjoy their experience. This is a seasonal, hourly position and includes the option of team member housing for the duration of employment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Welcome and check in guests at reception and assist with check out 

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication 

• Learn and share knowledge of local culture, activities, and amenities 

• Problem solve independently or with a team to support guest needs 

• Assist guests with transportation, tours, amenities, food and beverage services 

• Collaborate professionally with guests and coworkers 

• Maintain a positive, service-focused attitude 

• Other duties as assigned 

Preferred Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Experience using POS or reservation systems 

• Customer-focused and friendly demeanor 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

Additional Information  

• This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable. 

• This position requires that the individual is able to lift a minimum of 45lbs independently. 

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.  

• This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
