Exciting outdoor opportunity with Employee Housing!

Summary 

As a Facilities Technician, you work closely with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure the glamping location is well-maintained, safe, and operational for guests and team members. You perform daily maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of tents, amenities, equipment, and property infrastructure. This is a seasonal, hourly position with the option of team member housing for the duration of employment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across the camp property 

• Troubleshoot plumbing, propane, electrical, generator, and equipment issues 

• Conduct general upkeep of tents, structures, decks, vehicles, and tools 

• Work collaboratively with facilities team members across departments 

• Interact professionally with guests and team members 

• Maintain safety standards and complete work efficiently and accurately 

• Other duties as assigned 

Preferred Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• 2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience preferred 

• Experience with plumbing, propane, generators, or electrical systems 

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions 

• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork 

Additional Information  

• This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable. 

• This position requires that the individual is able to lift a minimum of 45lbs independently. 

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.  

• This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
