Summary 

As a Line Cook, you prepare and execute menu items while maintaining food safety and quality standards. You support the kitchen team in delivering memorable dining experiences. This is a seasonal, hourly role with optional team member housing. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards 

• Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols 

• Assist with prep, plating, and service 

• Collaborate with kitchen team members 

• Maintain clean and organized workstations 

• Other duties as assigned 

Preferred Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Food Handler certification 

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred 

Additional Information  

• This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable. 

• This position requires that the individual is able to lift a minimum of 45lbs independently. 

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.  

• This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
