Full-time | $15hr | Live & work in Oregon’s magical Umpqua National Forest

Who We Are

Umpqua’s Last Resort is a proudly LGBTQ+-owned and operated resort tucked deep in the heart of the Umpqua National Forest — a dreamy, riverside escape just a short drive from Crater Lake National Park. We’re a close-knit team who values nature, hospitality, inclusion, and making every guest feel right at home.

Whether you’re cleaning a cozy cabin or glamping tent, restocking a golf cart, or just folding fresh linens, your role helps create memorable, 5-star experiences for guests from all walks of life.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Housekeeping our variety of accommodations: 5 charming cabins, 3 tiny homes, 7 glamping tents, and RV Experience units (all set on 5 stunning acres).

• Working solo or with a team depending on the day’s schedule.

• Stripping beds, cleaning, restocking supplies, and resetting units to a high standard after guest checkouts.

• Operating a stocked golf cart to move around the property with everything you need on board.

• Doing laundry and restocking for the next day in our on-site laundry room.

• Cleaning and maintaining shared guest restrooms and showers (we’ve got 4 of them).

• Occasionally shuttling rafting guests up the river (using a company vehicle).

• Helping with small projects as needed — we love a good team effort.

 Who You Are

• LGBTQ+ friendly (we are proudly LGBTQ+-owned and you’ll be working with an inclusive and affirming team!)

• Physically able to move, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and be on your feet.

• Comfortable operating equipment (golf cart, vacuums, laundry machines, etc.).

• Positive, reliable, and care about creating a great guest experience.

• Enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting a little dusty in the forest.

• Have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
