Two Brothers Roadhouse is a remote pizza restaurant with beer and wine. We are an established seasonal restaurant with a small laid back team. We share our property with a legal marijuana dispensary. We also have on-site housing.

About Two Brothers Roadhouse
We are a restaurant located in Cooper Landing, Alaska, that operates April-September. Our restaurant is unique in that most employees choose to live on-site in our housing facilities. As one of our employees, you can expect to work in a fun and busy environment. Locals and tourists make our restaurant a must-stop while on the river or driving by.
We're famous for our house-smoked pulled pork and brisket, as well as our pizzas. General shifts are 8 hours (with minimal overtime when needed for opening/closing), and a 40 hour average work week with two days off. During busy times (when the fish are running) the kitchen is always moving, and we are looking for a hard worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Depending on your position, employees will need a TAPS card and/or a Food Worker's card.
Ideal Candidate
The best fit for this position is someone with an open mind who works well with others. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, has a positive attitude, loves the outdoors, and has experience working in a restaurant.
Requirements:
- Preferably over 21 years old, although arrangements can be made for the right candidate.
- Food Worker's card
- TAPS card if handling alcohol (can be obtained after employment)
Room and Board
We provide onsite housing for $200 a month plus tax, which is deducted from each paycheck. There are dry rooms and cabins with electricity, heat, and a bed with a mattress. We also have a restroom and shared shower room for employees.
A vehicle will be available for employees to check out on a daily basis with an associated cost. There is an outdoor grill/stove available for you to use anytime, as well as a refrigerator to store employee food.
Employee Perks
At the restaurant on days when you are working, you will receive a $17 credit toward any food items on the menu. On your days off, you will get 50% off any food items.
There is also a marijuana dispensary on-site. Employees at the restaurant will have a discount at this shop as well.
Getting Here and Getting Around
We will provide transportation to and from the Anchorage airport. There is an employee vehicle available for daily check out for a small fee.
For Fun
If you love the outdoors you will never run out of fun things to do in Cooper Landing. We are located across the road from the Kenai River, and about a mile away from the Russian River, both with strong salmon runs and trout fishing all summer long. There are also several lakes nearby which are great for trout fishing and kayaking. There are plenty of nearby trails for hiking and biking with amazing scenic views. The locals enjoy foraging for morel mushrooms and berries.
