Come join our resort family and spend an exciting summer in the outdoors, with hiking, boating, fishing, mountain biking, and camping right outside your door!

Twin Lakes Resort is a family run resort that is operated 6 months out of the year and consists of 14 cabins, 23 full hook-up RV sites, restaurant, bar, store, coffee/ice cream hut, and a marina.  The cabins and restaurant/bar are located on the beautiful South Twin Lake and the RV campground on the Wickiup Reservoir.  Work-life balance is important to us, which is why our employees get two days off in a row each week to explore the best that Oregon has to offer. Our employees have free access to our rental boats, so before or after work you can enjoy an outing on a kayak or paddleboard, or hop in a rowboat to catch some rainbows.  Other perks include free on-site laundry, meal stipends and discounts, PTO, and awesome co-workers!  Housing is part of the compensation if you stay for the duration of your contract.  

Maintenance Position: We are excited to hire a maintenance position for our resort.  Duties include: Upkeep of the Cabins, RV Park, Lodge and Marina, daily rounds monitoring the campground, trash disposal, fixing infrastructure and helping out as needed.  An ideal candidate has some experience with building, plumbing and electrical.  You will be working with one other maintenance staff in tandem to ensure the resort runs well. The position runs from early June to early September 2026.
