Live and Work near Jackson Hole and Yellowstone this Winter! Housing Program available.

Turpin Meadow Ranch is a historic guest ranch established in 1932 and recently renovated to provide guests with a luxury experience. The ranch sits at the northern end of Jackson Hole, about an hour outside Jackson town, near Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. 

We have 14 units on-site, ranging in size from single-room cabins to large multi-level chalets. Our housekeepers handle the ranch laundry, provide daily cabin refreshes or cleaning, and keep the main lodge looking its best. This position also supports the restaurant breakfast program. 

We are looking for a seasonal housekeeper willing to commit to our Winter season, December 2026 through March 18th, 2027.

5 Day Work Weeks

Housekeeping is done via Snowmobiles.  

Our ideal candidates keep hospitality in mind, no matter the duty.  Guest service and satisfaction are paramount.  Though we have a lot of fun at Turpin Meadow Ranch, we seek the most talented and professional individuals.  We require that candidates be 18 years of age or older and possess positive characteristics.  We are looking for healthy individuals who care about their hygiene and appearance.   We seek responsible individuals who respect themselves, others, animals, and property.  Our employees must be flexible and can take direction while maintaining a joyful spirit.  Attention to detail is a must. Ideally, our employees can see what needs to be done without being asked.  Our team members must have positive attitudes and strong work ethics; everyone is expected to be willing and happy to lend a helping hand when needed.  Our employees must be happy in a remote area with limited cell phone and internet access; if this concerns you, please discuss it during the interview process.

You are expected to arrive in Jackson Hole on your own. Jackson Hole has an airport, but we strongly recommend reliable transportation to explore nearby parks and get into town independently. The ranch does not provide regular employee shuttles.
