We require that candidates be at least 21 years of age and possess positive characteristics. Interview process.

GETTING HERE & AROUND:
You are expected to arrive in Jackson Hole independently. Having reliable transportation is essential for your success at Turpin. While Jackson Hole has an airport, it is highly recommended that you have dependable transportation to explore the nearby parks and access the town on your own. The ranch does not offer regular employee shuttles.
Navigation systems and GPS units may provide inaccurate information. Print and prepare your driving directions beforehand. If you have a question about closed roads, please call us before you begin your journey to the ranch. Cell phone reception is limited in nearby areas and throughout Wyoming.
Is This You?
We’re not just hiring employees—we’re looking for good-hearted people who bring kindness, emotional intelligence, and positive energy to every interaction. Our ideal candidates genuinely care about others, demonstrating empathy and respect towards both guests and fellow team members, even in high-pressure moments.
Working at Turpin Meadow Ranch means joining a small, tight-knit community where self-awareness and strong interpersonal skills are essential. We’re looking for individuals who can “read the room,” recognize how their mood and actions affect others, and adjust their approach as needed to maintain a positive, team-centered environment. Whether it’s picking up on a guest’s unspoken needs or noticing when a teammate could use a hand or a word of encouragement, this emotional attentiveness is at the core of our ranch culture.
We want people who can communicate openly, manage stress effectively, and stay emotionally resilient through long workdays, unpredictable situations, or the unique challenges of living and working in a remote setting with limited cell service and few urban conveniences. Strong mental health coping skills and the ability to stay grounded and solution-focused are key to thriving here.
Flexibility, humility, and a willingness to support others outside your regular job role are vital. Whether it’s helping with an unexpected guest request, assisting a coworker, or lending a hand with ranch projects, everyone on the team helps make the guest experience exceptional.
We’re also looking for people who take pride in their personal hygiene, appearance, and overall health. This is a smoke-free property, and all employees must be at least 18 years of age, depending on the position.
At the heart of it all, Turpin Meadow Ranch staff shape the guest experience. Our guests often leave mentioning staff members by name in their 5-star reviews, and that level of service translates into higher gratuities and performance-based rewards for our team.
If you’re someone with emotional maturity, self-awareness, and a genuine desire to make others feel welcome and cared for, while embracing the challenges and rewards of life at a remote Wyoming ranch, we’d love to hear from you.
