Truffle Pig is a full service restaurant located steps away from the Gondola at the base of the Steamboat Springs Ski Area. Originally opening in 2010, Truffle Pig has evolved into one of the preeminent dining experiences in Colorado. The menu is engineered using the freshest ingredients available to our culinary team on a seasonal basis. Our team has cultivated a phenomenal beverage program to compliment our the culinary offerings. This program boasts selections of 300+ Whiskies / 150+ Tequilas / 75+ Amari / 50+ Rums / 900+ Bottled Wines / 35+ Craft Cocktails / 30+ Wines by the Glass...including exclusive Coravin BTG selections.

Our team has had little turnover throughout the years, which we attribute to a culture that empowers our team to be themselves, and become masters of their craft.
