We’re looking for qualified individuals to join our team for the 2026 summer season at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Utica, Montana and Blackwater Creek Ranch in Cody, WY. We are currently hiring for Ranch Cooks, Housekeepers/Kitchen Help, Ranch Maintenance and Wranglers.

Ideal candidates will be able to work year-round and remain a part of the True Ranch Collection team at our different guest ranch properties in Arizona, Montana, and Wyoming. The summer season begins May 15 and concludes in October, with the potential to continue onward to our Arizona ranches for the winter season.

RANCH COOK

Ranch Cook duties include:

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Food and supply ordering

  • Accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests

  • Maintain a clean kitchen space and assist with dishes/clean-up

  • Work professionally and efficiently with other kitchen and ranch staff

  • Requires valid drivers license and ideal candidates will have reliable transportation

Compensation Package:  $18 per hour, plus room & board and tips.


HOUSEKEEPERS/KITCHEN HELP

Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms

  • Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning

  • Cleaning of common areas

  • Laundry and maintenance of the laundry room

  • Preparation of dining areas for meals

  • Meal Service and clearing tables after meals

  • Assist with meal prep as needed

  • Wash dishes

Room and board are included in the compensation package. $15 per hour plus tips.


WRANGLERS
Ample horse experience and riding skills are required. Previous wrangling experience preferred. Applicants must be hard-working with good people skills.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Leading or dragging ranch trail rides

  • Ensuring safety of guests and livestock on guided trail rides

  • Feeding, grooming and tacking horses

  • Clean-up of corral area and stalls

  • Leading other guest activities such as UTV Tours, Sport Shooting, Archery, Fishing, Guided Hikes

  • Assistance with housekeeping and kitchen duties

  • Ability to adjust to short-notice changes

  • Horse hauling experience a plus

  • Requires valid drivers license and ideal candidates will have reliable transportation

Room and board are included in the compensation package. $15 per hour plus tips.


RANCH MAINTENANCE
General maintenance skills required, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical

  • Carpentry

  • Plumbing

  • Drywalling

  • Painting

  • General vehicle/equipment maintenance

  • HVAC experience

  • Landscaping

  • Applicants should be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, ideal candidates will have reliable transportation

NATURALIST & ACTIVITY GUIDE
Naturalist and activity guide duties/requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and instructing guests during on-ranch activities

  • Leading guided hikes and educating guests about the local flora/fuana

  • Transporting participants to off-ranch excursions

  • Leading tours throughout the guest week including day trip to Yellowstone National Park

  • Assisting with housekeeping and kitchen duties

  • Applicants should be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license

  • Hiking/outdoors experience, wildlife/plant knowledge a plus

  • Fly fishing experience a plus

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the flora, fauna and geologic features of Yellowstone and the Greater Ecosystem
