✔️ Position Details

• Full-Time, 5-Day Workweek
• Maintenance & Lodge Hand Shifts (5 shifts/week)

All team members must be willing and able to:

• Work in all types of weather, including hot indoor environments and windy or rainy outdoor conditions
• Stand for 7–8 hour shifts
• Lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Walk up and down many stairs and navigate hilly pathways throughout the day

💵 Compensation

• $18.50/hour + tips
• $500 Performance Bonus

• Issued after 6 weeks of strong performance

• If the contract is broken and employment ends early, the bonus will be deducted from the final paycheck

🤝 Candidate Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior maintenance experience in a similar role
• Basic tool knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Kind, hardworking, and reliable
• Strong collaborative work ethic with a positive attitude
• Self-starter who completes daily checklists thoroughly and stays organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to cross-train and support multiple departments
• Clear, respectful communicator with guests and coworkers
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to jump in where needed

🌊 Requirements & Housing

• Must be 21+
• No pets
• No children
• Reliable transportation required
• Full-time position (32–40 hours/week)
• Highly Subsidized Housing: $350–$400/month for singles

• All utilities included except Wi-Fi
