This position requires a signed contract for the the full 2026  & 2027 season, with the hope that the right candidate will see themselves here long-term.

Note: At Treebones you will be cross trained to work in multiple departments. The available work will include a few of the following departments. If you have experience in any specific department, please include in intro email.

✔️ Work Available: 5 Days, Full Time Position, Fast-Paced, Labor Intensive

Housekeeping

• Foster a positive and collaborative environment with the Daily Housekeeping Team.

• Provide daily support for cleaning accommodations and restrooms to brand standards after guest check-outs, including dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disposing of trash, and changing all bed linens.

• Clean, disinfect, and properly store all equipment at the end of each shift.

• Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock.

• Report and log all lost and found items promptly.

• Assist with deep cleaning of restrooms and yurts as needed.

• Ensure all rooms meet brand standards and are inspected thoroughly to maintain quality.

• Complete midday refreshers for guests who opt in during overnight stays, which includes wiping down surfaces, making the bed, resetting amenities, and taking out the trash.

• Special training/shifts in deep clean accommodations work

PM Dish

• Clean, dry, and put away all dishes from lunch and dinner service using the industrial dishwasher.

•  Manage kitchen laundry by washing and drying items in industrial washers and dryers simultaneously.

• Properly store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in designated storage areas.

• Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.

• Support the composting process by disposing of any leftovers from guests' plates appropriately.

• Maintain a clean, organized & safe kitchen environment.

• Assist with the nightly deep cleaning of the kitchen.

All shifts must be willing to:

• Work in all types of weather, including hot indoor environments and windy or rainy outdoor conditions, depending on the season.

• Stand for 7–8-hour shifts

• Lift up to 50 lbs. using proper bending and lifting techniques

• Walk up and down many stairs in a day and navigate hilly pathways

💵 Compensation:

• Team Member: $18/hour + Tips

• $500 Bonus: A $500 bonus will be issued after 6 weeks of strong performance. If the contract is broken and you leave early, the bonus amount will be deducted from your final paycheck.
