  • Assistant Manager

    The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager/Owner in the day to day running of the business. Coordinate and develop group events to include (but not all inclusive) weddings, reunions, business meetings, organizational retreats, and coordination of group summer and winter activities.  Assist with the overall coordination for these events as needed.  This includes group vendor coordination, program structure, logistics, knowledge-sharing, group question and answers, familiarization of & researching targeted program topics where necessary, for all group programs assigned.  In conjunction with the Restaurant and Bar Manager, develop and recommend menus and meal prices for all special events.

    Responsible for managing and posting on all Trail Lake Lodge social media accounts to include Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

    Assist in hiring and training new employees. Responsible for coordinating with managers and employees for publishing the weekly work schedule.

    Accomplish general bookkeeping for Trail Lake Adventures, LLC to include for daily sales, pricing, costs, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

    Manage and reconcile room bookings on our booking system accounts to include Cloudbeds, and Expedia on a daily/monthly basis.  

     Assist the General Manager of Trail Lake Adventures, LLC in carrying out duties as assigned.

  • General Lodge Worker

    Responsible primarily for cleaning and sanitizing of lodge and motel guest rooms. Also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of public restroom facilities and public areas in Main Lodge and Pavilion. Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, raking, trash pickup, painting and other miscellaneous duties also required on an as-needed basis. This position carries a diverse range of general duties. Deliver excellent customer service, meeting the guests' needs while following the guidelines of the establishment.
