The Town of Jackson is seeking a qualified, motivated professional to serve the community as a combination Street Operator and Meter Reader. Primary duties: meter reading, installation, repair, and maintenance; backflow prevention work; data entry associated with meter reading operations; and snow removal operations including plowing, hauling, heavy equipment operation, and street sweeping. The ideal candidate brings:
• A positive attitude and public service orientation.
• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Experience with snow removal operations
