At Tops’l Farm we believe that work can be joyful and satisfying. As our spot here in the mid-coast continues to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic, team players to help us with dishwashing and other kitchen support duties for Summer 2026.

Skills

The ideal candidate will be have some experience working in a commercial kitchen, work well with others and be able to meet the physical demands of working the dish station and other kitchen support duties.

Duties

• Setup the dish station and support the kitchen team prior to events as needed

• Manage the flow of incoming dishes before, during and after service

• Rack and wash dishes through the machine and do all handwashing

• Dry as needed and put away clean dishes

• Take out trash/recycling as needed

• Help to close up the kitchen at the end of the night by mopping, cleaning, organizing, etc

Schedule

Starting Early Summer 2024 - Most Friday & Saturday Nights. Sometimes Sunday brunch.

Compensation

$18+ per hour (depending on experience)
Event TIPS
End-of-the-season-bonus
Vacation pay accrued for time worked.
