🔧 The Job

Maintain an 84-unit, 4-story residential condominium building. You'll be the go-to person keeping our mountain property running smoothly year-round.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire systems)

• Manage hot tubs during ski season

• Perform carpentry, painting, and general repairs

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors

• Handle snow/ice removal backup

• Conduct safety inspections

• Respond to maintenance emergencies

• Keep common areas looking great

✅ What You Need

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years in building maintenance or facilities management

• Solid skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word, Excel, email)

• Self-motivated problem-solver who works well independently

• Great people skills - you'll interact with residents and vendors

• Physical fitness (lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in mountain weather)

Must-Haves:

• Valid driver's license

• Pass background check

• WV Pool Operator certification (we'll provide training!)

This is a LIVE-IN position:

• Must reside on-site in the provided condo

• Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday work

• 24/7 on-call for emergencies (comes with the mountain lifestyle!)

• Expected on-site every night during ski season

• Friday/Saturday nights during summer

• Ski season = blackout for vacations (Nov-April) - but you're living at a ski resort!

• Summers offer more flexibility
