TigerFish is looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. We’re a tight-knit team serving locals and visitors alike. Our menu features sushi, classic Asian-inspired dishes, and seasonal specials. Quality, consistency, and good vibes are what we’re all about.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with menu development and specials

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a sous chef or senior line cook role

• Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen

• Leadership skills and a team-first mindset

• Creativity and attention to detail
