Run a Fly Fishing Camp on the Snake River In Idaho!

Snake River Canyons, Fly Fishing, Camping, & Summer.  You can't beat summer in the Yellowstone / Teton Territory. Spend a summer running our fly fishing camp in the Canyons of the South Fork of the Snake River in Eastern Idaho.

Three Rivers Ranch has been operating as a Fishing Outfitter in Idaho since 1974. Three Rivers upholds exceptionally high standards that will ensure that our clients will experience great service, great fishing, and experienced, professional guides and staff.

Skills Needed:  

1. CPR / First Aid / AED - Red Cross Equivalent (willing to assist you in a course to secure this)

2. Knowledge of running, operating, maintaining a jet boat on a river.

3. Cooking Skills - BBQ's & Breakfasts

4. Must be clean, neat, & organized

5. Self-motivated & Dependable

6. Interpersonal skills

7. Hard work ethic

8. Fly Fishing and love of the outdoors

9. Training is provided

A typical day would consist of packing and loading the food, supplies & luggage.  You will drive about 1 1/2 hours towing the jet boat (a ranch truck is supplied if you prefer).  Once you're there, you'll pack the jet boat and take a short jet boat ride to camp.  Wall tents will already be up and you'll need to set up the interior of the tents, lavs, shower area, dinner tent, bar, etc.  Next is dinner, cleaning, coffee, breakfast, prep the guide coolers, clean up, and then reset the camp and head back upriver.  Some days you'll head back to the ranch other days you'll do multiple days or back-to-back overnight trips.

The compensation is negotiable based on experience and is based on an average amount of overnight trips, but we are likely to have more.  If we have more trips, you'll make more money!  You can also expect tips...  We can provide room & board at the ranch (at a minimal cost).  Extra work will be provided during slow weeks to help supplement your wages at a job-appropriate rate. Typically (general labor) around the property will be on the lower end posted. Actual overnights pay on the higher end.

Must be able to work all season long - JUNE 1st to October 1st.
