Join The Port Hunter team as a Prep Chef, leading morning kitchen operations that set the foundation for nightly service. This role is ideal for a disciplined, detail-oriented cook who takes pride in organization, product quality, and consistency. You will be responsible for daily prep execution, receiving and managing deliveries, and supporting light baking production—ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for a high-level dinner service each day.

The Port Hunter is a seafood-driven restaurant in Edgartown, Massachusetts, focused on quality ingredients, strong systems, and a team-first culture. We prioritize professionalism, respect, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

This is a full-time, seasonal position running approximately May through October, with housing available in downtown Edgartown within walking distance of the restaurant. The role is primarily morning-focused, giving you structure and consistency while playing a critical part in the success of nightly service.
