The Oasis operates the historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch, restaurants, gift shops, and the world's lowest elevation golf course. Both hotels are open year-round and feature swimming pools fed by naturally warm local springs.

Job Summary:
Join our Oasis team as a Housekeeper at our luxury resort! You'll help create a fresh, welcoming environment for guests by keeping rooms and common areas spotless and responding to guest needs with a positive attitude. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working on a team, and want to make a real impact on someone’s stay, we’d love to have you join us!

The Details:
Position Type: Full-time year-round or Seasonal

Start Dates: As soon as possible on next available check in date (approximately three weeks)

Pay: $17.65/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (will include weekends, evenings, and holidays). During high business volume this position may require overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide our guests with the best in service, courtesy, and care.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to time and cleanliness standards including changing bed sheets, cleaning bathrooms, etc.

• Follow all procedures for chemical use and room cleaning systems.

• Maintain Housekeeping cart and related equipment such as vacuums and mops

• Work safely to avoid injuries and accidents including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.

• Assist with maintaining linen room cleanliness.

• Learn about location and hours to be able to assist guests with their questions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.  

• Must be available for AM and PM shifts. 

Physical Requirements include:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Must be able to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift and stand for extended periods of time. 

• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
