Position: AM Breakfast Chef
Location: The Meadows on Rock Creek- Philipsburg, Montana
Type: Full-Time / Seasonal with Growth Potential

Your Role:

• Oversee the prep and execution of breakfast service—ensuring it's ready by 8:00 AM sharp.

• Cater to guest dietary needs with precision and care.

• Assist with lunch and dinner prep/execution as needed based on occupancy.

• Help with inventory management, including unpacking and organizing food and beverage orders, refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.

• Contribute to kitchen upkeep and cleanliness when guests are not present.

• Be a proactive team member, supporting kitchen staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
