We’re looking for a positive, high-energy couple to step into a Bar Manager + Front of House role—leading our team, setting the tone, and helping create unforgettable guest experiences.
💫 What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and managing front-of-house and bar operations
Creating a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment for guests and staff
Supporting weddings and events (1–2 per week)
Working closely with ownership and team to keep operations smooth and elevated
Jumping in where needed—this is a hands-on, team-first role

Positive, upbeat, and naturally energizing to be around
Strong leadership presence with a team-first mindset
Professional experience in bartending, hospitality, or FOH management
High hustle, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
A couple that works well together and wants a shared experience

Bar Manager: $19/hour
Front of House/Bartender: starting at $13/hour
$100 base per event day (hourly & tips on top)
