If you enjoy crafting memorable dining experiences and want to spend your time in the mountains, Brush Creek Ranch is the place for you! Our culinary team members play a key role in delivering exceptional food through a true seed-to-table philosophy, working with ingredients sourced directly from the ranch’s own greenhouse, gardens, and Wagyu program. In this role, you’ll assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation. Collaborating with a talented culinary team, you’ll help bring seasonal menus to life, support multiple dining outlets, and create an authentic, locally inspired dining experience for every guest.

Housing: We have different styles of housing units that range from bunk-style apartments to shared houses. We do take requests, but however, can not accommodate everyone.  Family housing is not available.  Housing costs range from $250-$500 depending on the unit, with 3 meals a day served during the summer season!
