Compensation & Rewards

• Hourly Rate: $28.00 - 30.00 per hour

• Bonus Structure: Eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on performance and revenue goals.

The Opportunity: High-Impact Growth

This role is designed as a high-impact, revenue-generating position with strong expectations around proactive sales activity and market presence. You will be responsible for driving all non-wedding group segments, including corporate, association, and tour business.

Your Role Expectations:

• Proactive Outreach: Lead active prospecting efforts, including outbound sales and strategic outreach to generate new business.

• Community Presence: Represent us at trade shows, mixers, and chamber events to build local and regional relationships.

• Full-Cycle Service: Detail, service, and deliver group rooms and catering business while upselling additional services to maximize revenue.

• Guest Advocacy: Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction by developing deep relationships with clients and managing every event detail.

• Flexibility & Travel: Ability to travel for events (including transporting materials) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

Guided by our values of continuous improvement, accountability, concern for others, and trust, we look for professionals who lead with integrity.

• Experience: Required experience in Hotel Sales and/or Catering Sales.

• Leadership: Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.

• Education: College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

• Skills: Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Experience with Delphi.fdc is a major plus!
