Looking for a kitchen where you can improve your craft, earn steady pay, and work with people who respect the process?

The Forge is a high-volume, full-service restaurant on Put-in-Bay, Ohio. We serve brunch, lunch, and dinner in a historic space that has been part of this island community for over a decade.

We take our food seriously. We take our team culture seriously too.

🔪 Positions Available

• Line Cooks (Grill, Sauté, Fry, crêpe line, cold line)
• Prep Cooks
• Entry-Level Cooks / Kitchen Assistants
• Dish / Utility

Full-season commitment required: April through October.

💰 Pay & Perks

• $16–$20 per hour
• Based on experience, skill, and performance
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Consistent hours throughout peak season
• Housing available for full-time employees

🔥 Experienced Cooks

We’re looking for cooks who can:
• Hold a station independently
• Manage timing and ticket flow
• Stay steady during busy shifts
• Support and elevate the team

If you’re newer to kitchens but:
• Show up on time
• Listen well
• Take direction seriously
