We’re hiring servers for our seasonal team at The Forge, a high-volume, experience-driven restaurant on South Bass Island 🌊
Our guests come for more than food, they come for the atmosphere, the energy, and the experience. You’re a big part of that ✨

This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll be expected to stay sharp, move with urgency, and handle volume without losing your composure ⚡️
In return, you’ll be part of a tight, hardworking team and spend your summer somewhere most people only get to visit ☀️

What You’ll Be Doing 🍽️

• Managing multiple tables in a high-volume setting

• Delivering attentive, efficient, and personable service

• Communicating clearly with kitchen and bar staff 🗣️

• Staying organized and composed during busy shifts

• Supporting the team wherever needed (hosting, running, resetting) 🔄

• Creating a guest experience people actually remember ✨
